1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, launching, or using Qubit Browser, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
2. Provider and product scope
Qubit Browser is provided by Vkrm. It is an independent browser product built on Chromium and other open-source software. Qubit Browser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, the Chromium project, or any third-party site you access through the browser.
The browser may include integrations, settings, or surfaces that connect you to websites, search engines, content providers, app stores, extension ecosystems, and device or platform services.
3. License to use Qubit Browser
Subject to these terms, Vkrm grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Qubit Browser for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
This license does not give you ownership of Qubit branding, non-open-source design assets, or any rights beyond those expressly granted here or under applicable open-source licenses.
4. Updates, patches, and product changes
Qubit Browser may receive updates, security fixes, component changes, compatibility adjustments, and feature modifications. These may be delivered through app stores, system services, or other distribution methods depending on your device and build.
Vkrm may add, remove, rename, disable, or redesign features at any time, including where needed for security, legal compliance, quality, or compatibility reasons.
5. Third-party websites, search providers, and services
Qubit Browser lets you access third-party content and services. Those services are separate from Vkrm and may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and technical restrictions.
Vkrm is not responsible for:
- availability or legality of third-party content;
- payments, subscriptions, or purchases handled by third parties;
- data practices of websites, search providers, or extensions;
- losses caused by third-party outages, fraud, or misconduct.
6. Extensions, add-ons, and web applications
If Qubit Browser supports extensions, add-ons, developer tools, or installable web applications, those items may be created by third parties and may request significant permissions. You are responsible for reviewing whether you trust them before installing or using them.
Vkrm may restrict, disable, remove, or warn about extensions or extension-related features where needed for security, stability, abuse prevention, compatibility, or legal reasons.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Qubit Browser to:
- violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- distribute malware, spyware, phishing pages, or harmful code;
- interfere with networks, infrastructure, or security systems;
- abuse, scrape, or overload services in unlawful ways;
- engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive conduct;
- misuse the browser to bypass restrictions unlawfully.
8. Experimental, beta, and preview features
Some features may be flagged as experimental, preview, developer, or beta functionality. Those features may be incomplete, unsupported, unstable, or changed without notice. They may also create compatibility, performance, privacy, or security risks that do not exist in standard browser paths.
You use such features at your own risk.
9. Intellectual property, branding, and open-source notices
Qubit Browser includes open-source software that remains subject to its own licenses. Those licenses continue to apply to the applicable source code and components.
Separately, the Qubit and Vkrm names, custom UI design, branding, artwork, iconography, layout decisions, and original non-open- source assets are reserved by Vkrm except where expressly licensed otherwise.
Certain codecs, formats, libraries, or bundled components may also be subject to separate third-party intellectual property or patent terms where applicable.
10. Feedback and suggestions
If you send feedback, ideas, reports, or suggestions to Vkrm about Qubit Browser, you allow Vkrm to use that feedback to operate, improve, test, fix, and promote the product without further obligation to you, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
Vkrm may suspend, limit, or discontinue any support channel, hosted feature, legal site, or browser-connected service at any time. Vkrm may also take reasonable action where use of Qubit Browser appears abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or security threatening.
12. Disclaimers of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubit Browser is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vkrm does not promise that the browser will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or website, or free from data loss, performance issues, crashes, or harmful content delivered by third parties.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vkrm and its affiliates, contributors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or device integrity arising from or related to Qubit Browser or your use of it.
Where applicable law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.
14. Legal compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your use of Qubit Browser. This includes sanctions, export controls, intellectual property law, privacy law, consumer law, and rules applicable to the websites or services you access.
15. Changes to these terms
Vkrm may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted here unless a later effective date is stated.
